Holiday Park Homeowners Association (HPHA) is a close knit, single-family, residential community of 120 homes spread over eight circle streets. Four of the circle streets are along La Bolsa and four are along Arapaho. We are fortunate to be owners of a beautiful nine acre private park which includes a tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, and two childrens playgrounds.

HPHA is administered by a Board of Directors comprised of member volunteers. Each circle street has a Circle Representative that serves on the Board of Directors. As an association, HPHA works to bring our members together so we can know and help one another. To this end, HPHA publishes a newsletter, The Holler, and hosts various park-wide social events.

| The park and its facilities are in themselves very nice; when combined with a neighborhood setting in which neighbors know and care for each other, this becomes a very special place to live.

To make Holiday Park work as a community requires some effort from all its residents. The following reminders cover the common issues.
Please get involved! HPHA needs everyone to participate, at least a little. Make suggestions; ask what you can do. Contact your Circle Representative or the HPHA President.
Please do not place any trash or debris in the common parking areas. When discarding brush and/or bulky objects, please place them at the front curb of your house just before the week of big trash pickup. Currently, brush/bulky object pickup is the first full week of each month.
Please maintain your yard and house.
When walking your dog in the park, please keep your dog on a leash and clean up after your dog.
Please do not store unused vehicles in the common parking areas.
Please do not park boats or trailers where they are visible from the street.
Please consult the HPHA Board prior to erecting structures or making other alterations to the exterior of your property.
Please stay current with HPHA dues.
As your neighbors, we appreciate your cooperation with the foregoing items. We hope you will use the park and its facilities and, in so doing, will get to know others in HPHA.
