We are a community of 120 homes in North Dallas and fortunate to be owners of a beautiful nine acre private park which includes a tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, and two children’s playgrounds. Important 2017 Dues Information:
2017 HPHA dues are $61.90, billed the 1st of the month and due by the 10th. Prepayments for quarterly or annual amounts are welcome.
